Why It Matters
In high-performing, fee-earning environments, there’s often little space for reflection. The pressure to deliver can squeeze out the opportunity to think differently about ourselves, our teams, and how we work.
But when people are supported to look inward and connect outward, performance becomes more than output. It becomes sustainable, relational, and deeply human.
