  • The Fundamentals of Health Part 1 & Part 2

Many people spend much of their time feeling OK. They aren't ill, they still function, they go to work and get on with their lives. But they know they aren't truly thriving and this can greatly affect their motivation and actions in work and beyond. During these two workshops, we look at the fundamental drivers for good health, such as sleep, posture and nutrition and demonstrate how over time making small positive changes can equate to a remarkable increase in wellbeing and performance.


  • Emotional Health

Emotional health is about how people think and feel, how they engage with their emotions, their ability to cope with life events and how they communicate with others. In this workshop people learn the important role emotions play at work,  how to recognise them, how to react more mindfully to them how to express them in the most constructive way.


  • Sleep, Relaxation & Energy

We all know that sleep and rest play a vital role in good health, cognitively, emotionally and in people’s ability to perform generally. But unfortunately sleep ‘problems’ are fast becoming an epidemic. In this workshop we look at how daytime routines affect people’s sleep patterns and explore the role of relaxation in conserving and boosting energy levels. We will look how good and bad sleep present themselves and offer tips and tools to enhance the quality and duration of sleep.


  • Mood & Food 

People feeling below par, exhausted, anxious or unrefreshed no longer need to take a passive approach. There is much compelling evidence about the links between food and our nerves, brain and digestion and thus our mood. In this workshop, we explore some useful biology about the essential relationship between good digestion and our natural energy levels and emotions. We also look at particular food groups and offer some great tools to help people take back the control of how they feel.


  • Confidence

Everyone, from trainees to seasoned leaders have times when they experience self- doubt. Your level of self-confidence can show in many ways: your behaviour, your body language, how you speak, what you say, and so on. The good news is that self-confidence really can be learnt and built on. Discover top tips to increase confidence.


  • Purpose & Flow

Do you feel that you have lost your sense of purpose & flow? Perhaps you are not sure you ever had it? If so, this workshop will help you reconnect with what matters to you most and help you feel alive. Our values determine our priorities, and, deep down, they're probably the measures we use to tell if our career & life is turning out the way we want it to.


  • Mind Full  or Mindful?

Mindfulness is a simple, effective and enjoyable way of taking some time out from the normal, but sometimes demanding life we tend to live these days. It allows us to have a break from stress or focus on the important. Whether it is carrying out routine day-to-day tasks or taking a break, this workshop is designed to illuminate the pragmatic nature of mindfulness and how it can be applied at work so we feel calmer and more in control.

  • Mental Health 

This workshop intends to broaden people’s view of what mental health is, what it means to have a mental health condition and how we can help reduce stigma, so everyone feels included, supported and able to live & work well. We will also look at the factors that promote recovery and wellbeing and find ways to talk about mental distress in a sensitive way.
